HOW TO ADD AND EDIT INTERNET CONFIGURATION ON PHONE

Internet configuration is very important for your phone surf the web. Here are internet configuration for major network in Nigeria. 

ANDROID SMART PHONE
Step to follow when configuring android smart phone.
  1. Go to menu
  2. Setting 
  3. More setting
  4. mobile network
  5. access point name
  6.  Apn name (any thing e.g ur name or the network)
  7. apn (most important)
  8. Authentication type (pap or chap)
  9. save
note: all the above step should be follow. The APN of the various network are given below
MTN NIGERIA
APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
USERNAME:web
PASSWORD:web
AIRTEL
APN:internet.ng.airtel.com
USERNAME:internet
PASSWORD:internet
GLO
APN: gloflat
USERNAME: flat
PASSWORD: flat
ETISALAT
APN: etisalat
USERNAME: etisalat
PASSWORD: etisalat

IOS(APPLE PRODUCT I.E IPHONE, IPAD)

Step to follow when configuring iphone and ipad.
  1. Tap menu
  2. Tap cellular
  3. Tap cellular data network
  4. Tap cellular data 
  5. APN: As noted above on various Network

BLACKBERRY OS7
Step to follow when configuring blackberry Os7
  1. On Home screen, click Options.
  2. Click Advanced Options > TCP
  3. Enter the APN, user name, and password
  4. Press the Menu key and select Save

From the Home Screen, swipe down from the top of the screen
  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap Network Connections
  3. Tap Mobile Network
  4. Tap APN (as above for various network)
close 

NOKIA JAVA S4O

  1. Tab menu
  2. Tab Setting  
  3. Tab configuration
  4. personal configuration
  5. option 
  6. new and select wap or gprs
  7.  Select Access point settings Set Data bearer to GPRS
  8. Select Bearer settings Enter GPRS access point (APN) as above for various Network 
  9. Set Authentication type to Normal 
  10. Enter User name and Password if requested 
  11. Back * 3 
  12. Choose Options and Activate 
  13. Go Back Set Preferred access point to the access point you just made. 
  14. Set Default configuration settings to Personal config. Select Activate default in all applications and Yes
