How to Hard ResetSamsung Galaxy J7 Neo & SM-J701M

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume UP key + Home Key, while pressing these keys then press and hold Power key for a while
3. Release all key when Android or Samsung logo appear then you will see Android System Recovery
4. Use Volume keys to select Menu
5. Use Power key to Confirm
6. in Recovery Mode select wipe data / factory reset
7. press Power key to confirm
8. select Yes — delete all user data, press power key to confirm
9. select Reboot system now to finish hard reset
10. Hard reset using Settings Menu
11. Turn on the device
12. Select Apps
13. Select Settings
14. Select Backup and reset
15. Select Factory data reset
16. Select Reset device
17. Select Erase Everything
18. Select Ok

Warning! always backup your device before perform a hard reset, make The data can not be recovered after perform a hard reset. If you forgot your unlock pattern, It will remove your forgotten pattern ,pin or password
